Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of linkedpull.pro and the related services operated by LinkedPull ("LinkedPull," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using LinkedPull, you confirm you're able to form a binding contract, that you'll comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, and that any information you provide is accurate. We may update these Terms as described in Section 12; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

02The Service

LinkedPull is a job-matching platform for licensed skilled trades. We verify contractor identity and payment history, and confirm tradesperson license or certification status, before a listing or application proceeds. LinkedPull is a marketplace: we facilitate the introduction between tradespeople and contractors, but we are not the employer of record for either party, and we are not a party to any resulting employment or contracting relationship unless separately and expressly stated.

03Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal working age in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Information you provide, including license and certification details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

04Free trial & billing

Browsing and applying to listed jobs is free. Completing your first application requires setting up an account, which starts with a 30-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your account converts to a paid subscription billed at $19/month until you cancel.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for partial billing periods, except where required by law. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers; continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.

05Listings & verification

We verify contractors against background and payment checks, and confirm license or certification claims where a licensing body makes that information available, before a listing is published. Verification reduces risk but doesn't guarantee the outcome, conduct, or working conditions of any specific job, and LinkedPull does not guarantee that any application will result in an interview, offer, or placement. If something about a listing or an employer's conduct seems off, report it to us using the contact details in Section 13.

06Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Provide false information about your identity, license status, work history, or qualifications.
• Post, apply to, or facilitate a listing you know to be fraudulent, discriminatory, or unlawful.
• Attempt to circumvent our verification process or license-checking systems.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use another person's account or impersonate any individual or business.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, as described in Section 10.

07Intellectual property

The LinkedPull name, logo, and Service — including its design, text, and underlying software — are owned by LinkedPull or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of the content you submit (like your resume or profile details), and grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service.

08Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing, contractor, or applicant meets any particular standard beyond what our verification process actually checks.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedPull will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, profits, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or any job, engagement, or relationship formed through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false verification information, or where we reasonably believe doing so protects the safety or integrity of the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (like Sections 7, 8, and 9) will continue to apply.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify active users directly. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
