Terms of Use

1. Overview

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of LinkedPull (the "Service," "Platform," or "we"). By submitting a lead request or making a payment on LinkedPull, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. What LinkedPull Does

LinkedPull is a B2B lead sourcing service. Upon receiving a completed request from you, we source a list of up to 20 LinkedIn profiles that match your described ideal client profile, each accompanied by a buy-intent signal derived from publicly observable LinkedIn activity.

A partial preview of your lead list — including job titles, company sizes, locations, and a portion of each intent signal — is made available to you before payment. Full details (full names, LinkedIn URLs, and complete intent signals) are unlocked upon payment of the applicable fee.

Each request goes through a human quality control review before sourcing begins. We only proceed when your request is specific enough to produce a relevant, high-quality list.

3. Relationship with LinkedIn

LinkedPull operates independently and has no relationship with LinkedIn Corporation. We are not a LinkedIn partner, affiliate, or authorised reseller. The LinkedIn name, logo, and platform are the property of LinkedIn Corporation.

By using LinkedPull, you agree that you will use any leads provided in a manner that complies with LinkedIn's own Terms of Service and User Agreement, as well as any applicable laws in your jurisdiction governing outreach, data use, and communications.

LinkedPull is not responsible for any action taken against your LinkedIn account as a result of how you use the leads we provide.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using LinkedPull, you confirm that you are using it for lawful B2B prospecting purposes only.

5. Request Submission and Quality Control

When you submit a lead request, you agree to provide accurate, specific, and honest information about your offering and ideal client profile. Each request is reviewed by our team before sourcing begins. LinkedPull reserves the right to reject any request that is vague, incomplete, misleading, or that does not meet our quality threshold.

A rejected request will be communicated to you promptly, with guidance on how to resubmit. No charge is applied for rejected requests.

6. Payment and Unlock

Access to the full lead list — including full names, LinkedIn URLs, and complete intent signals — requires a one-time unlock payment. This payment is made after the partial preview has been delivered to you.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the partial preview and are making an informed decision to unlock.
• The unlock payment is final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• LinkedPull does not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale, conversion, or client engagement.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers, which vary by country. LinkedPull does not store your payment card or banking details.

7. No Refund Policy

If you have a genuine concern about a delivery error or a technical issue, please contact us at hello@linkedpull.pro within 48 hours of your unlock and we will review it at our discretion.

8. How You May Use the Leads

Lead lists provided by LinkedPull are licensed to you for personal business use only. You may use the leads to conduct outreach, prospecting, and sales activities for your own business.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share lead lists with third parties.
• Use the leads for spam, unsolicited mass messaging, or any purpose that violates applicable anti-spam laws.
• Use the leads in a manner that violates LinkedIn's Terms of Service or any applicable privacy regulation.
• Claim the lead list or its contents as your own proprietary data.

9. Accuracy and Limitations

LinkedPull makes reasonable efforts to source accurate, current, and relevant leads based on your request. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any lead list.

Buy-intent signals are observations derived from publicly visible LinkedIn activity and should be treated as contextual indicators, not confirmed statements of intent. LinkedPull is not responsible for any outcome — positive or negative — resulting from your use of the leads.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the LinkedPull platform — including its design, copy, structure, and methodology — is the property of LinkedPull and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Lead lists delivered to you are licensed for your personal business use as described in Section 8. Ownership of the underlying methodology and data processes remains with LinkedPull.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkedPull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or its outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant lead list.

12. Termination

LinkedPull reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a request, or restrict access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Where a cancellation occurs before payment, no charge will be applied.

13. Changes to These Terms

LinkedPull may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
