- Process your payment securely via third-party payment providers.

4. Third Parties
LinkedPull uses a limited number of third-party services to operate the Platform. These include:
- Payment processors — to handle unlock payments securely. Processors vary by country of the visitor. These processors operate under their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS compliance standards. LinkedPull does not receive or store your card details.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to serve the Platform reliably. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and do not use your data independently.
We do not integrate advertising networks, analytics platforms that track individuals, or any social media trackers on this Platform.
5. Data About the Leads We Source
The leads LinkedPull delivers to you consist of information derived from publicly visible LinkedIn profiles and activity. This data is sourced and reviewed by our team for the sole purpose of fulfilling your request.
You are responsible for how you use this information. You agree to use it only for lawful B2B outreach and in a manner consistent with applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to relevant anti-spam regulations and LinkedIn's own Terms of Service.
LinkedPull does not build or maintain a permanent database of individual profiles. Each list is sourced per request and is not retained beyond what is necessary to deliver and support your order.
LinkedPull sources data exclusively from publicly visible information. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation and operate independently of their platform. Any compliance obligations related to how you reach out to leads are solely your responsibility.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and request information for as long as necessary to deliver the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter for support and record-keeping purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@linkedpull.pro.
Payment records may be retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data transmitted to and from the Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols.
While we take security seriously, no system is entirely immune to risk. We encourage you to use a secure, unique email address when registering and to notify us immediately at hello@linkedpull.pro if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
8. Cookies
LinkedPull uses only essential cookies required to operate the Platform — for example, to maintain your session after login. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies that monitor your behaviour across other websites.
